Officers Elected
Mr. Jeff A. Einfalt was elected Chairman of the Board of Universal Manufacturing Company on November 9, 2005. Mr. Einfalt has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2004. At the same meeting, Mr. Robert E. Scott was elected Secretary. Mr. Donald D. Heupel continues to serve as President and CEO.
Cash Dividend
The Board of Directors of Universal Manufacturing Company, has declared a cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock. The date of record for this dividend is February 10, 2006 and is payable February 24, 2006.

ReTech Adds New Regional Sales Manager-June 21, 2006
