2006 marked our 60th anniversary as a world class remanufacturer and distributor of quality parts for the transportation industry. Starting in 1946 as a charter member of the newly formed Ford Authorized Remanufacturer’s group, this partnership continues today with the distribution of Ford and Motorcraft Powertrain products throughout the Midwest from our three distribution centers.

Universal Manufacturing Company has always followed a basic philosophy: Build a quality product and support it with unequaled customer service. This same philosophy goes into the manufacturing of every one of our products today. All remanufactured product lines are sold throughout the United States and Canada under our ReTech® brand name. We also private label our products to several major companies in North America.

As an ISO 9001:2000 registered and compliant facility, all of our products meet or exceed OEM specifications. We specialize in remanufacturing brake calipers (loaded and semi-loaded), electric fuel pumps, transfer cases and transfer case shift motors for most all domestic and import vehicles.
