- Same day service via UPS on orders placed by 3:00 pm Central Time.
Transfer Case orders must be placed by 2:30 pm to receive same day service via UPS.
- Customers who fax or E-mail orders will receive an acknowledgement that your order was received at Universal.

- To return any product(s) you must first secure an RGA (Return Goods Authorization). To get an RGA number, simply contact ReTech Customer Service.
